A Northern Flicker raids an ant colony.

Trying out the pole feeder again, the birds were quickly drawn ...

 

Above a male and female Black-headed Grosbeak at the feeder with House Finches

 

It is not very long before the contents of the feeder are on the ground. The birds follow.
